Privacy Policy

Visora ("we", "our") builds personalized guided visualizations and affirmations. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

• What you tell us: the goals/desires you enter (focus area, your description, timeframe, obstacles, desired feeling, narration preferences). This is the core input used to generate your audio and affirmations.
• Account identifiers: an anonymous installation ID, and — if you use Sign in with Apple — the Apple-provided user identifier. Your name is optional and never required.
• Purchases: subscription status is managed by Apple (StoreKit). We receive a validated purchase signal to unlock Premium; we never see your card or Apple ID password.
• Generated content: your journeys' audio, captions, and scripts are stored so you can replay them.

How your goals are processed

To create a journey or affirmations, the text of your goal is sent over an encrypted connection to:

• Visora's secure backend;
• an AI language model provider that writes your script/affirmations;
• a text-to-speech provider that narrates your journey.

These providers process the text solely to return your generated content. We do not include your name in these requests.

Storage

Your goals and generated content are stored in our secure database and object storage. Audio is served to your device via short-lived signed links.

Analytics & advertising measurement

Visora uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is installed and used and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, whether someone who installed the app after seeing an ad went on to start a journey or subscribe). Firebase collects a limited set of app-usage and diagnostic data, including:

• anonymous app and device information (device model, OS version, app version, coarse region, a Firebase-generated app-instance identifier);
• stable, non-personal event names (for example: onboarding completed, paywall viewed, plan selected, trial started, journey generated, journey played) and the associated plan label (monthly/yearly);
• subscription purchase events, including the product identifier, name, and price, so we can measure conversions — we never receive your card number or Apple ID credentials (Apple handles the payment).

We do not send your name, the text of your goals, your affirmations, your scripts, or your audio to Firebase or any analytics provider. We do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA), so no App Tracking Transparency prompt is required. Data collected through Firebase is subject to Google's privacy terms.

Your rights & choices

• Export: you can export your data from within the app (Profile → Privacy & data).
• Delete: you can delete your data or your entire account from within the app; this removes your goals, journeys, and reflections.
• Notifications: optional; you control them in the app and in iOS Settings.

Children

Visora is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).
