How does Visora create my journeys?

You describe a goal; Visora writes a personalized guided-visualization script and narrates it in a calm voice with synced captions. Affirmations are generated from the same goals.

What's included in Premium?

Premium unlocks full-length journeys, unlimited creation, offline downloads, your full daily affirmation set, and more. Monthly $7.99 or Annual $39.99.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period isn't pro-rated.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Visora → Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases, signed into the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. In the app go to Profile → Privacy & data to export your data, or to delete specific items or your whole account.

My journey didn't generate / audio won't play

Check your connection and try again. If it persists, email us with the approximate time it happened and we'll investigate.

Is Visora medical advice?

No. Visora is for reflection and motivation only — not medical, psychological, or financial advice.
